Presentation, Credibility and Merit – Should They Buy From You?

socialproofOne strategy most of us remind ourselves is how to leverage social proof as Deepak Malhotra would nicely put it in his great book “Negotiation Genius.”  While the book isn’t about video production, it’s an extremely well written book with case studies you can apply to your business – and, one of them being video proof.

In short and in authentic original legit example, producing your own full motion video cannot only add a nice touch to your website, but it can also add presentation perceived value, provide the customer credibility reasons to believe what you’re saying or offering, and conclude that there’s enough evidence to buy from you.

Infomercials have been one of the best direct marketing techniques to bring customers and consistent raving fans. Take Geico for example, don’t you found their TV advertisings memorable? I do!

Where most of us live, Geico is not available; but there are a lot of case studies from such great chain of TV infomercials from Geico. Why? Their full blown videos work year-after-year! They get done by the very best from the very start.

Need insurance? “Call Geico!”  I’m sure that rings a bell when you hear it.  I know it does for many of us! The main point if you’ve not clearly at it yet, make your video shine from the start with the best you can afford. By that it means (while you can) to have the best full motion video software or the best video production company to do the creation for you from the very beginning.

Reap the rewards by gaining raving fans out of your presentation, new found credibility and the everlasting substantial merit that every business offer should have once it’s done and finished. I think this could help a lot if most of us put our social proof strategy into practice.
