Screentoaster.com is a web based screen recording services that allows you to record your screen with audio and video just like Camtasia.  This service is free and there is no download of software to make it work. You just create an account and start recording. That easy!

Once you make screen capture video, you have the option to make it either public or private. If you make it public, it will be available to all web surfers to view at Screentoaster.com; but if you make your video private, only those who knows the direct URL you provide, will be able to view your recording.

After recording and almost automatic uploading to your Screentoaster.com, the system will create the URL to share and also the embed code necessary to place your videos on your blog or website.
