SiteManPro Features Review

You might be asking why am I reviewing SiteMan Pro software in my video coaching site. Well, the reason is because this software can be used in your web video business as well; in fact, with any online business. May be you are using videos to promote your products or services. Well, you need a way to track your sales, vendors, customers, links, keyword campaign, and more.

So, if you are producing your own promotional videos, it means you are promoting a product or a service. This is where SiteManPro comes in.

So, let me introduce you to some of the  software features of SiteManPro, sometimes written as SiteMan Pro.

First, this piece of software can be easily installed on your own domain. The SiteMan Pro software is composed of several sections or departments grouped into different tabs on the menu. So lets take a look at each tab:

The Home Tab

When you first log in, you’ll automatically see the Dashboard Section. The Dashboard will show general statistics about your business in general. For example, it will show you how much you have made in sales, total customers and suppliers, your expenses, your hypertracker links and keyword tracked.

From the main menu, you can navigate to the different areas. Under the Marketing tab, you’ll find the Hyper Tracker, Surveys and Market Research sections.

The Marketing Tab

The Hyper Tracker menu will allow you to cloak important links to your products or affiliate links as well as track the search engine keywords that are bringing you customers from your ppc or paper click ads. It will also show you the referrer addresses so that you can track where your traffic is coming from. This is a very powerful feature that will quickly show you if your marketing efforts are effective and as you expected. Otherwise, you can analyze the data and make the necessary changes to your marketing strategy.

Under the Surveys menu, you’ll find a tool to create unlimited surveys. Again, this is an important feature you can use to collect feedback from your customers regarding your services, products, and customer support and know instantly which areas of your business need improvement.

Under the Market Research menu, you can add unlimited feeds you want to ‘spy’ on. You can use this feature to keep track of the latest news and trends in your competition.

The People Tab

The Contractors & Suppliers’ section will list and keep track of your current contractors and suppliers as well as to manage the projects activity and payments for their services rendered to you when you are outsourcing services for example.

The Contacts section is self explanatory. In this area you’ll gather your contact list.

The Finance Tab

In Accounts section is where you will setup your type of payments, for example, Paypal, manual entries, free products, etc. This way you can track where the funds are coming from.

The Expenses section is where you would manage your expenses and transaction account details, and more.

The Income section is where you would manage your income. Her you will see in details all products and services sold.

The Shop Tab

This is one of the most exiting areas of the software. Here is where you setup your digital product pages and controls their downloads. You can brand each product page with your own html if you which to brand them with your own company logos or product representation.

The Products section is where you manage your products. Here is where you setup each product, download links or pages, assign pricing, etc.

The Kunaki section will allow you to setup your products to be sold in a tangible form through Kunaki service. Very easy to setup and you will be able to track your Kunaki sales instantly.

The Customers’ section will give you in detail the order history for each customer. One of the great features of SiteManPro is that it doesn’t matter if your customers comes back many months later to purchase another product because a new account won’t be needed to be created for him. All his/her products purchased will appear at one place.

There are many other features that are being implemented into SiteMan Pro continuously. This is a product that no one doing business online should be without.
